Strategic Forum is a not-for-profit company designed, developed and operating to achieve its goal of to fostering advanced strategic thought on Australia’s current and future security challenges.
Strategic Forum Ltd is formally registered as a public company, limited by guarantee.
It is governed by a small, very active Board and managed by a Chief Executive Officer.
The directors of Strategic Forum are elected by the members of Strategic Forum at the Annual General Meeting of the organisation.
The members of Strategic Forum include any person elected to the company Board for the duration of their Board membership, any other person admitted in writing to membership by the Board in accordance with the Constitution and corporations or other organisations that wish to be associated with the Strategic Forum and which are admitted to membership by the Board in accordance with the Strategic Forum Constitution.
The constitution of Strategic Forum is available on request to members and to those accepted for registration as Associates of the organisation.
